SocietyMitr does not ship physical goods. This policy explains how our services are delivered.
For customers
After you raise a request, it is sent to suitable verified professionals near you, usually within minutes (requests raised between 9 pm and 8 am, unless marked urgent, are sent at 8 am). Up to two professionals can accept; you are notified as each one does and they call you. You choose one of them in the app to do the work. If nobody accepts, our team calls you to arrange someone.
For professionals
Leads are delivered in the app with a notification. Commission payments are confirmed instantly after a successful Cashfree payment and shown in the app under Payments.

We currently serve Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad and nearby areas in Delhi NCR.
